Description of problem:
PXE boot from NC550SFP, load vmlinuz and initrd for RHEL5.7b1.
choose one port of NC550SFP as the NFS method installing, get the IP by DHCP.
get the IP failed.
There is some information in the anaconda.log as followed:

11:13:22 INFO    : going to do getNetConfig
11:13:22 INFO    : eth17 is not a wireless adapter
11:13:25 DEBUG   : waiting for link eth17...
11:13:25 DEBUG   :    0 seconds.
11:13:25 DEBUG   : sleep (nicdelay) for 0 secs first
11:13:25 DEBUG   : continuing...
11:13:26 INFO    : requesting dhcp timeout 45
11:13:26 INFO    : dhcp: ioctl SIOCGIFFLAGS failed: 19 No such device
This issue can be reproduced sometimes.

Expected results:
NC550SFP can get IP by DHCP every time.
Not "No such device" message is reported.

A kernel bug?

In my attached logs, eth16 and eth17 is the 2 interfaces for NC550SFP.
I use other NIC to continue to install system and collect log, eth16 and eth17 disappeared in the followed installation progress.

This issue can not be reproduced in the RHEL5.7GA.
