Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type into the terminal: "qmf-tool" and then "query queue"

  
Actual results:
The "qmf-tool" exits with the exception.


Expected results:
The "qmf-tool" should display a list of queues and should not exit with exception

qmf-tool is removed in Vienna, see bug 1062173.
