Description Jay Turner 2002-08-09 12:12:42 UTC
Description of Problem:
With the Milan-re0809.0 tree on a Dell Latitude laptop with a NetGear CardBus
NIC in it, I'm showing two network devices in the network config screen (GUI)
One is listed as 'eth0' but the other has no name. Both default to 'activate on
boot' I'll investigate more about this. Don't know if it's related to the
CardBus adapter or just what.

Comment 1 Jay Turner 2002-08-09 14:13:43 UTC
After rebooting, I have the following file:
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-?? ?

Pretty interesting.

Comment 2 Jeremy Katz 2002-08-09 14:44:59 UTC
This should be fixed in the nightly (which is newer than the .0 -- I'm doing
everything I can to confuse you :-)

Comment 3 Jay Turner 2002-08-09 15:48:48 UTC
Fix confirmed with the Milan-re0809.1 tree.
