Description Dan Callaghan 2011-06-09 06:02:00 UTC
The various command-line programs in Beaker server should not write any log messages to /var/log/beaker/ mixed in with server logging, but should instead log to stderr.

To avoid spurious output we should also ensure that only ERROR (maybe also WARNING?) level messages are sent to stderr.
