Moving to kerenl, although it seems that there is something really wrong with your configuration. when you try booting an older kernel, does it work? -- Fedora Bugzappers volunteer triage team https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers
Boot to the working kernel, then remove the broken one and then update to the latest (2.6.38.8-32) and see if that works.
Downloading of 2.6.38.8-32 kernel has solved the problem - thanks James McIntyre
