Description of problem:
On /usr/lib64/pm-utils/sleep.d/75modules modunload and modreload have been invoked but not found on distribution.

locate modreload 
locate modunload 
0 result

To find these pprograms(modreload ,modunload) because is necesary.

The . "${PM_FUNCTIONS}" line
Loads a pm-utils function file (/usr/lib64/pm-utils/functions) which contains these bash functions, thus, NOTABUG.

Thank you for trying to make fedora better though.
