Last modified: 2011-06-14 01:48:56 EDT

For example if i want to import a project from filesystem and then press the button "choose folder" eclipse hangs and i have to kill it.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Current Eclipse for Fedora 15, Eclipse Helios
It occurs every time i have tried it.
Steps to Reproduce:
3. File system
Eclipse should show a filesystem dialog
Do you have network filesystems set up that are perhaps taking a long time to enumerate or provide listings? Does nautilus take a long time to come up? What about File->Open in something like gedit?

Neither i have some network filesystems mounted nor nautilus or gedit make any problems.
Anyway, although i have tried it yesterday with several system restarts without any success it works now flawlessly.
Thanks a lot for your support, i will mark it now as closed.
