Remove the .spec file from sources

Description of problem:
Spec file does not belongs to sources file. It should be stored just in git. It makes "fedpkg srpm" command unusable, since the local changes are always rewritten by the .spec file downloaded from sources. The attached patch fixes this issue.

Note: There is not required rebuild because of this fix, but it will save you troubles next time.
