Description of problem:
System halts with a kernel panic message during boot. Message is:
Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown block (0,0)

Every time you boot

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch on computer

Boot stops with kernel panic message
