For first time users using TCMS, there will be a lot of mistakes being made that needs to be cleaned up.  We need to enable the clean up so that the database isn't full of Projects/Test Plans/Components/Categorys/Test Cases.

1. if need to delete product, please send request to tcms-admin. All  component /build/test plan/ case/ run/case-run of the product will be deleted.

2. the functions of delete test plan /test case/ test run are under development.
