Description of problem:
Kdump was failed with following infomation:
cciss 0000:04:00.0: using doorbell to reset controller
Uhhuh. NMI received for unknown reason a0.
You probably have a hardware problem with your RAM chips
Dazed and confused, but trying to continue

I updated the P812 fw to 5.06, and test the kdump on RHEL5.7GA, did not find any problem.
