Description of problem: My box has no floppy drive, but after having installed grub2, I found in /boot/grub2/grub.cfg "--no-floppy" in each search cmd. This package has changed ownership in the Fedora Package Database. Reassigning to the new owner of this component.
The --no-floppy do no harm. There is no reason to generate different config files depending on the current hardware. IMHO it is WONTFIX in Fedora unless it is modified upstream. I suggest you try to contribute a patch upstream.
