Description Justin Clift 2011-06-16 11:30:19 UTC
Created attachment 505021 [details]
Screenshot of new web interface in Chrome. Footer is missing.

Description of problem:

When using Google Chrome (version 12.x here), the footer for the _new_ web interface (ie logo, Disclaimer, Terms of Use, Support, etc) isn't displayed. Instead, it's kept "off screen", even when the page is resized. (screenshot attached)

The only way to view the footer is by actively scrolling the window down to reveal it.

This problem is not present if using Firefox 4.x, where the footer is displayed at the bottom of each page "as per normal". (screenshot attached)

Expecting this to just be a javascript problem, and likely not too hard for someone to fix.

  aeolus-all-0.3.0-0.fc14.20110614190020git995cf66.noarch

How reproducible:

  Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login to Conductor using Google Chrome.
  2. Notice there's no page footer?
  3. Do the same with Firefox 4.x. (footer is present)

Comment 5 Dave Johnson 2011-07-29 18:35:31 UTC
I login using both firefox and chrome and have to scroll down to see the footer. To me it is fixed and I think it can be moved to 'Verified' but will leave this open for now until Wes returns so we can discuss.
