Description of problem: Clicking on the "Terminal" application in Gnome Shell returns you to a currently executing terminal. It does NOT create another terminal, so unless you know that "Terminal" has a menu option to create another terminal window, you get just one terminal window total. This misfeature applies both in the application launcher and in the "favorites" bar. Workaround for now is to add a launcher to the desktop to create a new terminal... but that's annoying. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Fedora 15 How reproducible: Every time. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install F15 2. Create a terminal window. 3. Try to create a second terminal window from the "Applications" or "Favorites" menu. Actual results: You get one terminal window. You get only one. No more. Actually, it's easiest to use the "New Window" option from the terminal app.
