Description of problem:
I have 80GB total filesystem capacity but disk usage analyzer read my computer have 162.1GB

I also have this problem. My laptop is a Lenovo T410s, Intel Core i5 M520 @ 2.40GHz

I upgrade fedora 15 to fedora 16, and this problem no longer exist.

I recommend to upgrade to the latest version of fedora.
