Can you recreate this on the latest F15 kernel without the vbox modules loaded?
I would be more interested in changing things one by one. So first, update the kernel, then check again with the VirtualBox modules loaded. Also, which version of VirtualBox are you using and does it change anything if you (later) update to version 4.1.4?
