Description of problem:
I would like to be allowed to set more test-plan-runs to "Finished" state from WebUI from https://tcms.engineering.redhat.com/plan/123/#testruns


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Nitrate 3.4.1


Expected results:
Maybe mechanism like in "Cases" tab: check runs you want to change using checkbox in first column and click on button or a drop-down menu next to "Clone" button saying something like "Set to finished".

it is really a rare requirement, as normally most test run has many testers. We don't want to support it now.
