Description of problem:
Dom0 kernel hangs up on hp-dl980g7-02.rhts.eng.bos.redhat.com, which has 1T RAM.

Did you use xenheap_megabytes parameters (hypervisor)? It is required to increase heap size to boot on huge memory machine. Can you try increase its value to allow boot.
