For Livecd installs or kiosk where there is only one user, I would want this disabled.

For kiosk installs, you really never want to end up on the login screen in the first place, I'd think ?!

Well not quite.  It would be best to have a different login script with just a login button, no user.  

We really want the ability to cleanup from one user of the kiosk to the next.
