please include a systemd-service file for Fedora >= 15 it is a bad behavior that F15 replacing upstart with systemd and most services are running in SysV compatibilty mode

the question is why a bundle of packagers are not done their work for F15 for the services really needed (dbmail, postfix, mysql...) i did the job this week in a few days and upstream packagers are sleeping over years? this was targeted for F14, finally systemd moved to F15 and now after throwing systemd to the users the services will be ready in F16? how idiotic is this?
