If you are in a search result with one or more topics, and you click a topic ID and choose "Edit" or "tags", occasionally, it pops you into a totally different topic. The only way I noticed this is that it appeared my topic had "lost" its "Task" tag. It has happened twice to me now and it is solved by doing a new search.

This may have been resolved with the changes to the tagging and topic editing screens.
