reproduce: 1. Plugged in the Logitech Pro 9000. On a win XP Oracle VM, I attached the device and detected succesfully in Windows.

Can this be duplicated without all the proprietary modules like virtualbox and nvidia loaded?

I don't know what those modules are doing and we don't support them.
