Description of problem:
In the beginning of Legal Notice, Copyright © &YEAR; &HOLDER;. is not transformed into correct YEAR and HOLDER.

This should now be fixed for all Fedora 15 translations of the guide.

It seems to me to be a bug with the publican-fedora package. I've filed a separate bug here to get it fixed properly: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=714810
