Description of problem:

When yum search invoked as non-root user,It displays random error message. It would be more helpful if error message is similar to "yum install" as non-root user.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:

Do "yum search something" as non-root user.

$ yum search something

http://linuxdownload.adobe.com/linux/i386/repodata/primary.xml.gz: [Errno -1] Metadata file does not match checksum
Trying other mirror.
Error: failure: repodata/primary.xml.gz from adobe-linux-i386: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.


Expected results:
May be 
Loaded plugins: downloadonly, presto, refresh-packagekit
You need to be root to perform this command.

Fedora 12 is EOL.

The error message you got is a problem with the adobe repo.
