comment: Happened after I unplugged a USB device. It was already ejected (charging LED on the device was off, so it probably had no power or so)

Comment 1 Josh Boyer 2011-09-26 18:54:25 UTC
There was an issue with safely ejected USB drives that was fixed in a 2.6.40.x update. Does this recreate with the latest F15 kernel?

Comment 2 Jann Horn 2011-09-26 19:13:26 UTC
I think it happened two or three times back then, but I didn't get that error anymore for a long time. Closing (I hope that "currentrelease" is right?).
