Misuse of apostrophes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Wait for a logwatch email report, and see whether it misuses apostrophes.

Actual results:
See the attached "logwatch.txt".

Expected results:
"tty's" should be "ttys"
"User Login's" should be "User Logins"

Will get it fixed in a future patch.  Interestingly the second one (User Login's) is fixed in F15 already.  I'll also get it pushed to upstream.

I created a patch fixing the first case (tty's) and proposed it to upstream. The second case is already fixed in the latest svn.
