Description of problem:
Looking at Satellite RHEL5 channels -> Download section on RHN
Prod, I see ISOs listed there twice (5.4.0 removed from
following list):

https://rhn.redhat.com/rhn/software/channel/downloads/Download.do?cid=10870
 Satellite 5.4.1 Installer for RHEL-5 	470 MB

 Satellite 5.4.1 Installer for RHEL-5 	470 MB
