Description of problem:
vegastrike has option speech files that are currently not packaged. This could either be a subpackage of the music package (and maybe renamed) or as a separate optional package.

There are also optional texture files that could be a subpackage of the data package.

speech is 32 MB compressed.
extras is 48 MB compressed.

A speech package and an extra texture package are now available in rawhide.
