Description of problem:
In test plan,click tags tab, mouse over "remove" and "edit", there are spelling mistake

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter to test plan, click tags tab. 
E.g. https://tcms-stage.englab.bne.redhat.com/plan/3193/#tag
2.Mouse over  "remove" and "edit"

Actual results:
mouse over remove "remmove tag from this plan"
mouse over edit "remmove tag from this plan"

Expected results:
mouse over remove "Remove tag from this plan"
mouse over edit "Edit tag"

Verify 3.5.0-1 on stage -->PASS

Verify steps:
1.Enter into a test plan, click Tags tab.
2.Mouse over "Remove" and "Edit".

Actual results:
Mouse over "Remove": "remove tag from this plan";
Mouse over "Edit": "edit tag".
