$ rpm -ql openbox-gnome
...
/usr/share/gnome-session/sessions
/usr/share/gnome/wm-properties
...

These folders are already owned by other packages. Just add an asterisk to the following lines in your spec file:

%{_datadir}/gnome/wm-properties/
%{_datadir}/gnome-session/sessions/

This will solve the problem.
