Description of problem:
When creating project, the project-desc becomes project-name, while project-desc become empty.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Assume ~/.config/zanata.ini and zanata.xml is properly configured.
2. zanata project create "k3" --project-name="k3name" --project-desc="k3desc"
  
Actual results:
On the project list page, the project name is "k3desc", the project description is empty.

Expected results:
On the project list page, the project name should be "k3name", the project description should be "k3desc".
