Installing aeolus-all and dependencies saw this scroll by:

  Installing : condor-7.6.0-5dcloud.el6.x86_64              41/152 
  /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.qmhMLw: line 5: semanage: command not found

Not sure the impact everything seems to work as expected

This is no longer an issue as we aren't using condor.

I would normally just close this out, but flipping to ON_QA as Wes wants :).

condor for instance scheduling in conductor is no longer in use.

Hence marking this issue as verified.
