Develop an action table column that displays 0%-100% bar,
Colors should be changed depends on the precentagesw, copy behaviour from WPF bar,

This component will be used to display the CPU/Memory/Network usage in Virtual Machines/Hosts main grids.

The column is already working, with percent colours.
