Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.6.15

Additional info:

This is the debug log... Nothing every happens after that point. I have tried to kill packagekitd many times to no avail.

What were you trying to do?
What does "pkmon" state
Does yum work normally?
What exact version of PackageKit is this?

You don't appear to have filled in any of the required fields when reporting a bug. "How to reproduce" etc.

Also, a hint: Severity=urgent doesn't get the bug fixed any quicker. Thanks.

As you can already see above:
gpk-update-viewer

> What does "pkmon" state

Didn't check. Next time I'll do.

> Does yum work normally?

Yes.

> What exact version of PackageKit is this?

PackageKit-0.6.15-2.fc15.x86_64

> You don't appear to have filled in any of the required fields when reporting a

Because there's nothing to put there; I don't know how to reproduce.

> Also, a hint: Severity=urgent doesn't get the bug fixed any quicker. Thanks.

What other severity would you assign to a bug that block upgrades? What would be more urgent in PackageKit (or even Fedora)?

I'm thinking this might be related to bug #663736.

BTW. After rebooting everything works fine.

I am thinking this is very related to bug #663736. I am not under a proxy, but I seem to loose connection intermittently.

Comment 4 Felipe Contreras 2011-08-30 15:53:09 UTC
Helooooooooooooooo?

Don't you care about PackageKit being completely broken?

Comment 5 Felipe Contreras 2012-02-02 18:44:37 UTC
Obviously nobody cares about PackageKit. I'm not going to bother either.
