Description of problem:
Network does not start automatic.

How reproducible:
Allways

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora in text only mode (add "text" to kernel command line)
2. Set up networking as described for Fedora 14 (there is no description
   for setting up networking with text only available for Fedora 15).

Network unavailable after booting

Expected results:
Network available after booting
