Description of problem:
The input box for add comment seems to be cut on the left, according to the three black spots.

TCMS 3.4.1-2 - stage 

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter into a run.
2.Choose one/several cases.
3.Click "Add comment" button.

Verify 3.5.0-1 on stage -->PASS

Verify steps:
1.Enter into a run.
2.Choose one/several cases.
3.Click "Add comment" button.

Actual result:
The three black spots were removed and the input box for adding comment seems normal now.
