Looking at the list of instances in a pool (with the list view), when you stop a instance, the page misrenders.  See the screenshots.

1.  Start some instances
2.  Click on monitor tab
3.  Click on list view
4.  Click on instances list
5.  Notice the page layout
6.  Stop a instance
7.  Notice the page layout
  
Actual results:
see the screenshots, the overview container disappears
