Description of problem:
Stop a stopped instance and it shows two error icons, see the screenshot

bug is obsolete, tested on commit 820f962a897fb32be64bc32b9ea957a72bd84605

When we try to stop a stopped instance,Error message " stop is an invalid action" is displayed. 

No multiple icons displayed.
