Description of problem: In fedora 15, the GUI for printers is (AFAICT) system settings->printers. This dialogue does not have an option to select the printer driver. If one has booth cups+gutenprint and foomatic drivers installed, this is not a workable solution. The workaround is to use localhost:631, the usual CUPS administrator page. This works flawlessly. However, this is a regression from F14. And realistically it's a huge loss of functionality to think that people cannot select custom page sizes for their prints. Changing component: control-center is what provides that UI. (It is still possible to run system-config-printer, as before.)
