Class ScriptingRegistration was not found when freemind starts it's execution

always, at start of execution

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start freemind from shell prompt so that stdout / stderr is readable
  
Actual results:
SEVERE: An exception occured:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: plugins.script.ScriptingRegistration
        at java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run(URLClassLoader.java:217)
        at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method)
        at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(URLClassLoader.java:205)

Expected results:
<no exceptions>

Additional info:
Jar file scripting_plugin.jar should go to plugins/script instead of plugins/svg
