Description of problem:  Cobbler resource is discovered, but not imported 1st time.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Inventory-->Discovery Queue
2.  Select All
3.   Import
  
Actual results:
All resources are imported, except Cobbler


Expected results:
All resource are imported, including Cobbler
