Description of problem: The current binutils in F15 and rawhide will not build seabios. Fairly detailed discussion is available: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/oneiric/+source/binutils/+bug/756044 This is fairly critical because we need to update seabios for F15 and F16.

With this patch applied it is finally possible to build SEABIOS again. Please can we get this into F15 updates as soon as possible, since this is a major show stopping bug for providing virtualization updates.

Thank you, this update does successfully build seabios. The seabios update has been committed for f16, and will build for f15 when binutils has been updated there.
Any chance of getting this update into F15 soon?
