Description of problem:

reinstall rhevh to a system with 5.x installed, after boot to ovirt-node, nothing could be choosen expect Quit button,
but call Quit button just popup a error window, see attachment,

as we also not support dirty install in this version, if we don't want to user upgrade from 5.x->  6.x, should display the warning message, and fix the quit issue

upgrade from 5.x to 6.2, message "Major version upgrades are unsupported, uninstall existing version first" displayed as expected now.

downgrade from 6.2-09 to 6.1-20110801, it display install and install successfully.

downgrade from 6.2-09 to 6.2-07, it also display install but install fail. (bug 725964), will retest this after 725964 is fixed.

today we have 6.2-11, downgrade from 6.2-11 to 6.2-09, it display downgrade now and downgrade is successfully.

set bug status to verified now, if have different point pls re-open this bug.
