AS7 Child Resource Descriptions

Description of problem:  Description on AS7 child resources  is ", subsystem=".  The comma and subsystem could be removed, and the name of the subsystem added.  See attached image.

Description is now provided from the plugin descriptor.
Resource key is changed so that it will not start with a comma.

Verified on build#180 (Version: 4.1.0-SNAPSHOT Build Number: ea057e4)

Verified the description of AS7 child resources. The description does not start with a comma. Please refer the attached screenshot.
