Unset checkbox does not display

Description of problem:  Unset checkbox for AS7-->Configuration-->Current-->Properties does not display.  See attached image.  This is applicable to both Schema Locations and Installed Extensions properties.

I've removed the (empty list) of schema locations, as they would not have conveyed value anyway.

The Installed Extension list is nicely filled now, without "unset" checkbox.

Question is if that list needs to be displayed at all.

verified schema locations ... is now empty.  Installed Extension list if filled out now without the "unset" checkbox.

changing status of VERIFIED BZs for JON 2.4.2 and JON 3.0 to CLOSED/CURRENTRELEASE
