Default behavior of Cron plugin

Description of problem:  Default values for Cron plug-in produce error.  See attached image.  The initial/default values after an install shouldn't result in an error.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.   install RHQ4
2.   Inventory...>Cron--->Cron tabs

Actual results:
error.  see attached image.

Expected results:
no error.
