Description of problem:

It seems that topic export sometimes causes issues where there is a previous export in existence, particularly where the previous version contains an xml file which is no longer in the new version.

This impacts `topic export`, `topic brew`, `topic publican` - the latter pair of which call export implicitly.

Suggested fix is to automatically call the clean action from the export topic verb.

Working on this as part of the next push to update the tool to support a more diverse range of publican options.
