Description of problem:
ON the task page, it would be convenient if there was a link to download the task rpm directly.

EG,

https://beaker.engineering.redhat.com/tasks/6715

The table row 

RPM: 	rh-tests-kernel-filesystems-general-functional-Fujitsu-fseek-1.1-5.noarch.rpm

could become a link to the rpm
