Description of problem:

QUOTA USED 57.1428571428571%

Please trim the quota usage percentage across the app.
Maybe use 4 characters xx.yy%

In the end, I set it up to truncate the value and display just the integer part. E.g. 57%. It looks better in the UI and the percentage should be just a rough estimation anyway.

When the user needs more precise data, we display the number of currently running instances and the maximum number allowed separately.
