Description of problem:

See screenshot

Recreate:
1. setup conductor 
2. setup a pool quota of two
3. start two instances
Nav to https://snowstorm.lab.eng.pnq.redhat.com/conductor/pools

notice you see the quota

4. now go to the pool detail view by clicking on the pool name
or https://snowstorm.lab.eng.pnq.redhat.com/conductor/pools/1

5. notice the pool quota is not displayed.

Quotas displayed when clicked on pool name/pool detail view.
